I spent a delightful day on North Padre Island's State Beaches with dear friends Cat and Kevin. Their Golden, Shipley, added the sweetest element of excitement to the day -- though their love spoke to it two-fold. The two of them are high school sweethearts and even made it through four years of long-distance before they were wed in December of 2017.
